Ancillary/Student Health Services

Overview

Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC), operated by the Virginia Dept for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), provides various health-related ancillary services to address the comprehensive needs of clients who have been identified as having the potential to improve independence and employability. Smiling client in wheelchair entering WWRCAll clients receiving ancillary/health related services at WWRC must be sponsored by DARS (Dept for Aging and Rehab Services). When indicated, these services are provided in order to directly support vocational readiness and training goals. These services include: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Assistive Technology Services, Student Health/Wellness, Behavioral Health Services, and Rehabilitation Counseling.
